Been waiting for a shipment confirm since 10/03/2023 this is ridiculous! If you can’t ship on time and customer asks for a refund then they should atleast have the option to receive a refund without any question and hassle. It’s their money after all why are the customers being punished for the lack of inventory. This is my first and last order!
