This company sent me a 25% off code as a “welcome to feature” email. The item they sent was the wrong size. When I attempted to return, the item was “final sale”. There was no indication of this even in the fine print of the email I received. Typical returns are for store credit only. Which is terrible customer service.
Bad experience, bad seller.I bought a pair of Adidas shoes and waited three days for a confirmation email, but I never received anything. I contacted them, and they told me my order was being processed. I told them I didn't have a payment confirmation email, or that my money had arrived. I don't know where it is. I logged into my account and found my order had been canceled and they didn't tell me ...!!!!I don't know if the company owner's are aware of what's going on in their company, or what their employees do with customers and orders...????I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THEM
Horrible customer service. They put out a sale and when you buy…..there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. They don’t disclose that item is final sale during purchase but only when you request a return is when they present the return policy when requesting returns. They are not transparent. Would not recommend.
