If I could I would give this company NO stars! I’ve never heard of this site let alone anything they offer, yet somehow there was an order placed in my name, on my credit card! I literally received a email confirmation from this company to my email address for an order placed while I was on vacation with my family. When I emailed the order confirmation email to their customer service I received a response stating multiple times they had no order under any of my information! Since I was out of town I told them I would be denying the charges, which they encouraged. Now months later after the denied charges were submitted, this company, who said they had no record of an order in my name, provides “order details” to my credit card company in my name. Mind u it shows that the order was placed from an ip address from a completely different state than where I live or where I was vacationing at too!! I contacted my credit card company and provided so much proof to fight this, but bc of what this company sent them they’ve reissued the charge of over $550 to my card. I strongly believe this company was behind the fraud I’m a victim of! I would never make a purchase for a jacket (which mind u the order shows was abt 3 sizes too small for me anyway) for that amount of money! I’m a single Mom, it’s not easy to spend in generally, certainly not that amount either. They should be ashamed of themselves! I will co time to try to fight this to get my money back.EDIT: As of 10/27, been in contact with Robert, a manager. Was able to locate the package that was fraudulently purchased and send back to FEATURE, with the agreement upon receipt they’d refund my card in full for the fraudulent charge. To date NO REFUND and they are in possession of the unopened package of whatever was purchased with my card!! I will NOT give up until I receive my money back!!!
