Awful experience from start to finish.
The “sign in advance” feature simply doesn’t work. I contacted customer support twice via live chat to rearrange my delivery to a date when I would actually be home, but my requests were completely ignored even though the agents said it was ok. I was told someone would get in touch before attempting delivery again — I never heard anything.
Despite clearly stating that no one would be home, delivery was attempted again the very next day and again the following day. This shows a complete lack of communication and coordination.
The live chat agents were also difficult to understand, likely due to poor AI translation, which only added to the frustration.
If I had known the company I purchased from used FedEx, I would have chosen another retailer. There are plenty of delivery companies that provide a far better service.
