If I could give a minus I would! Absolutely appalling service! Advised delivery would be yesterday so I rearranged my plans accordingly and stayed home all day. You can imagine my surprise to receive a message advising ‘sorry you were not home when we tried to deliver and we have left a calling card to rearrange delivery’??? No-one attempted the delivery as I was home, nothing on house cameras and the picture of their attempt was a black screen! Oh and you guessed it no calling card! Having spoken to someone (that was a challenge to get passed AI) I received an apology and was advised that they would assign the parcel to a different driver and it would be delivered today before 1pm. Once again I rearranged my plans and once again no delivery! I have no idea how they are even in business but one thing is surely this rate they won’t be for much longer.

As for my parcel I have no idea how, if or when I might get to see it 😡😡😡

Update - parcel finally delivered!
