I did not even want to give them a one. Waited in all day for a package that never arrived and then company lied saying they had attempted delivery. Changed delivery to next day before 22.00 hours, waited in and package did not arrive. This is an expensive package. This has now gone on for four days. Four days of changing my work schedule and waiting in. Unable to change delivery options as guess what the delivery option service has been out of service for the entire time. Very difficult to contact company. Constantly answered by a useless virtual assistant. Finally got through to a human and assured they will get my package out that day. It did not arrive. It has sat in their depot, not moved for five days now. Worst delivery company I have ever come across. Companies should stop using them.
