Customer service is nothing but an automated menu and worthless. FedEx is the worse carrier I have ever dealt with, packages arriving broken open, pieces scattered in the delivery truck. The latest and greatest was today 4/14/2026. They claimed to have delivered my package and provided a picture, but it wasn't mine it was for a completely different address and street in a different section of my neighborhood. I attempted to contact this worthless company just be put through an automated service that produced nothing. I looked up the address of the package that was delivered to me that was incorrect and delivered it to those who ordered. FedEx is the down right worse damn carrier around.
