FedEx returned an item to Amazon before ever delivering the item to us. We were expecting the delivery on Friday. Sunday I received a message from Amazon that the item had been received by them and a refund was processed. FedEx didn’t even try to deliver the package to us, they just decided that they would send it back to Amazon. This has happened a couple of times with FedEx. No one should use FedEx and maybe they would step up their services!
