Delivery time was set to be before 8:00pm but they don't give an exact time of the drop off and my package was delayed two times , i then called customer service and an automated system responds taking like 5 mins just to get me to a real person to speak with I believe Fedex has a-lot to improve , this is my first time being their client but hopefully this will be my last time as well never want to deal with Fedex again !!!! Terrible experience
