My package has been out for delivery 3 days in a row now and is still not here. Every day it shows on truck for delivery and every evening it has arrived back at the local distribution center. Fed Ex tracking is a joke. The deliveries are always delayed. Do not use Fed Ex!

Beware if you are thinking of sending a package by FedEx.

I am having a terrible experience with FedEx at the moment that I wish to share because of the upcoming holidays. I ordered one of my meds from my mail order pharmacy on 10/25/22 and decided to pay extra for 2day shipping so I would receive it before running out. It was shipped from Canton OH on the 26th and arrived in Middletown, PA the same day. I checked the tracking # and was told it would arrive by 8pm on the 28th. Nothing arrived so I called CS this morning and was told it should arrive by 3:35 today. Still nothing. Called @5:30 for an update and was told it was scheduled for delivery on Nov. 1!! What?? My 2day shipping has now become 7day shipping. Why did I even bother? I don't use FedEx very often but I will never use them again. My question is how is it that I can order something from Amazon, at checkout they tell me when it will arrive and yet it will take FedEx 3 DAYS to get this package to Lancaster, PA which is 27 miles away. My suggestion would be to use the Post Office or UPS rather then FedEx. Better still order your present from Amazon and rest assured that it will arrive on time. BTW FedEx I shall be filing a claim with you for a refund. If you tell a customer your package will arrive in 2 days I do not think that 7 days is an acceptable result. Never over promise.

Delivery time was set to be before 8:00pm but they don't give an exact time of the drop off and my package was delayed two times , i then called customer service and an automated system responds taking like 5 mins just to get me to a real person to speak with I believe Fedex has a-lot to improve , this is my first time being their client but hopefully this will be my last time as well never want to deal with Fedex again !!!! Terrible experience

It was crazy how uncomplicated he made it for me

I came in with my own stack of papers needing a few tabs and a coil binding. I had come in a few days earlier but there was an internet outage. He was compassionate on that day about not being able to provide service and when I returned a few days later, I was surprised I did not have to spell out what I needed and repeat myself several times. In fact he did things intuitively and according to my notes without discussion. I was extremely impressed. I thought he was reading my mind but he saw my notes and figured out where to put the tabs. It was crazy how uncomplicated he made it for me.

FedEx poor service

It’s so unfair that FedEx don’t post realistic delivery estimates. My recent experience with fedex was so poor beyond words. Whilst being in Jamaica for my dad’s funeral I urgently needed to send documents to the UK. Having checked the delivery times the website showed a delivery date within 5 days so I scheduled this at a cost of £186 +. I never would have arranged this if I’d known it was going to take more than 2wks. And yes, the documents arrived back to the UK on the same day that I did. None of the numbers on there websites work anymore to complain. What’s going on???

My tax extension is up today and at 6:10 p.m. my bookeeper gave me an unexpected last minute document that had to be shipped with today's date. I panicked. I called around and found this location was open till 7:00. I called and said I thought I could be there just before 7:00 and Jules and Tyler, the employees, said they would be there for me and help me. I got a bit lost and had to call them yet again and they were so patient to stay on the phone and help me find them. I then arrived I think at 7:01 and they welcomed me in, did NOT make me feel bad, had a great friendly happy funny disposition, which cheered me up; then stayed after and helped me print out my document (I was having trouble with my email) and gave me shipping options. They were SO kind and SO amazing and SO helpful because I was SO stressed and they calmed me down with their most awesome attitude! They saved me $1,000's of dollars in fines because of their willingness to watch out for my arrival and commitment to stay after with me and get my document printed and shipped out. Obviously they care about people and their job is not just a job to them. I tried to give them a generous tip because they were so kind and went above and beyond and saved me SO much money in late fees with IRS and they SO deserved the tip; but they said they were not allowed to take tips. So not only are they knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding but they are also honest and loyal to their employer! I know there are employees out there that certainly would have taken the tip. It was generous. Anyway, I cannot say enough about this location and Tyler and Jules. In a world where awesome customer service is EXTREMELY rare and ineptitude is at an all time high, these guys are to be commended. If they were my guys I would give them a raise!! Thanks FedX. Incompetent Driver Delivered package to Wrong NEIGHBORHOOD with NO ADDRESS

Package Delivered to Wrong NEIGHBORHOOD!! Says delivered and shows a proof picture. Not on my street, not in my neighborhood. HOW INCOMPETENT CAN THEY BE!!! We have no way to be compensated for losses with their current system!! Absolutely atrocious! WHOMEVER is delivering for FEDEX in New Caney, Texas is THE WORST!!!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! They delivered my package to the wrong address. I called them the same day and they told me they delivered my package to the wrong address but had to open a case about it. I asked what the next action would be and he guy on the phone said they would try to get the package back but no guarantees. I then asked if they would reach back and the person on the phone said they would and then said have a great day and stay safe and hung up. No updates and i called back the next day. The guy informed me that they had escalated my case to a manager and he would reach out to me. He hung up after that. I received a voicemail from the “manager” apologizing and stating to call back for an update. I called back and the man said it wasn’t their fault as the shipper had put the wrong address so they were going to close down my case as they did nothing wrong. I told them that the shipper sent me the correct address on my confirmation email. The manager then said well we have the wrong address so it’s not our fault and we are not liable. Have a great day and stay safe. He then hung up. Worst customer service ever!!!
