FedEx customer service is non-existent. This used to be my go-to company for shipping, unfortunately their customer service has tanked since June.3 packages never arrived, even though the text app said delivered. Final straw was this last week when a scheduled delivery (paid extra) for Saturday by noon was inexplicably moved to Monday by 8 pm. On Monday, the delivery driver pulled into the parking lot, delivered to 2 other buildings, and left. As the truck pulled out of the parking lot, I received a text that the package would be re-delivered as I had not been home for delivery.The driver had never come to my door, and I had to reschedule appointments a second time to accommodate FedEx failure to deliver on SATURDAY. I found out the package had been sitting on the recieving dock floor since Friday afternoon. This is utterly ridiculous. Their own employees tried to help from the distribution center, but they were also hung up on by the automated phone service the rest of us have to deal with. I feel sorry for their employees, who are seemingly being sabotaged by their own drivers.
