I ordered brakes from RockAuto. They were shipped overnight and due on Friday. By Saturday they had not arrived so I checked the status. The package was marked "refused by recipient!" It was being returned to the sender. I called FedEx and was assured that the problem would be taken care of and I'd receive my order the next day. I did not. A week and a half later the package was returned to RockAuto and now I've been dinged with a $33 return shipping fee and no parts! I'm furious because, not only could they not fix their screw up, but their customer service rep lied to me to get me off the phone. I've used FedEx for years but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. 1-star!
