Do not trust FedEx customer service or drivers. They're terrible. I need my package from Dell so I can ship my laptop and they keep leaving door tags, promise I'll get it the next day (twice so far) and refused to make the driver come back 2nd day. Also, their website won't let me set up My Delivery to avoid future problems and their tech person still hasn't fixed the issue. Ridiculous. Worst customer service ever. If they fail again tomorrow will ask Dell to send me the packaging labels via UPS. No more chances.
