The worst company

I bought something online. FedEx charged me for the tax fee but didn't well inform me until I found several reminders in my mailbox, which has escalated to debt collection. I was charged a lot of extra fees, wasted a lot of time. They could have called me or sent me an email to make sure I was informed in time. But they didn't. That really sucks. Garbage company. I how they go bankrupt as soon as possible!
