I purchased a pair of boots and needed to return them. Scheduling a pick-up with the delivery service has been nearly impossible. The website is malfunctioning, failing to finalize scheduling and repeatedly stating there’s no availability in my area. After contacting the store, the delivery service initiated three different pick-ups, none of which they honored. After missing three appointments, they stopped all communication. Then, without any notice, they showed up at my house on December 11, 2025, when I wasn't home, leaving a note claiming the attempt failed due to my absence. Today is December 12, 2025, and nothing has been resolved. I have been trying for weeks to return my item, and the service has failed at every step: the website is dysfunctional, pick-ups are missed, communication ceases without explanation, and they arrive unexpectedly. This has been an extremely frustrating and unnecessary experience. I will avoid using this service in the future and strongly advise others to do the same.
