I purchased a pair of boots and needed to return them. Arranging a pick-up with the delivery service has been nearly impossible. The website is malfunctioning, the scheduling cannot be finalized, and it continuously indicates that there is no availability in my area. After reaching out for assistance, the delivery service began contacting me and arranged three different pick-ups. None of them were honored. After failing to show up three times, they ceased all communication. Then, without any prior notice, they unexpectedly arrived at my home yesterday, but I was not there, leaving a note stating the attempt was unsuccessful due to my absence. Today, nothing has been resolved. I have been trying for weeks to return my item, and the delivery service has stumbled at every turn: the website is dysfunctional, the pick-ups are missed, communication halts without reason, and they arrive unexpectedly without warning. This has been an incredibly frustrating and totally unnecessary ordeal. I will steer clear of this delivery service in the future, and I highly recommend others do the same.
On December 12, 2025, I attempted to send three parcels at a major station in Dublin. Their website claims the process is "completely online," yet staff refused to accept my parcels without printed labels. There was no printer available, and when I asked for nearby options, the staff member simply replied, "I don’t know," leaving me stranded outside with a taxi. This is misleading advertising: if the service is online-only, customers should not be forced into offline tasks like printing. I have filed a formal complaint with the relevant authority to investigate whether these practices comply with consumer law. The failures of this service are not isolated. Ongoing issues, numerous 1-star reviews, and scandals indicate systemic problems. The lack of basic facilities and empathy at this station reflects a culture of indifference. Every office should at least provide a printer for customers. Currently, the service operates at a 1/5 star level that makes a stronger case for automation; robots could at least deliver fully online services with simulated empathy. Ireland deserves better than this.
This service is one to be avoided completely. Their drivers make up excuses not to deliver a package, even when the address is absolutely correct. Contacting them is incredibly difficult. I will never use this service again to send a parcel.
I have a significant problem with the poor tracking website. Dates are displayed in numeric US format without consideration for global conventions. For instance, if my delivery is set for 12/11/2025, is that November 12 or December 11? Such poor programming is inexcusable. Changing it to an alphanumeric format (e.g., 11 Dec) would greatly improve clarity.
My parcel from a location in The Netherlands to Ireland has gone missing at a depot in Dublin. It was an expensive electronic item. The last scan shows it arrived in Dublin, and there’s been no trace since. After raising a case with the service, I was informed there’s nothing they can do, and the case is closed. If I want to pursue it further, I should contact the shipper. I wouldn’t recommend this service to any businesses.
This service in Ireland is the most incompetent option for residential deliveries. They should not be used for home deliveries, and if you order online, ask if they use this service and demand an alternative. They expect you to take an entire day off work to wait at home for 10 hours. They refuse to leave packages in a safe place or with a neighbor. Their customer service is non-existent!

Then, without any notice, they showed up at my house on December 11, 2025, when I wasn't home, leaving a note claiming the attempt failed due to my absence. Today is December 12, 2025, and nothing has been resolved. I have been trying for weeks to return my item, and the service has failed at every step: the website is dysfunctional, pick-ups are missed, communication ceases without explanation, and they arrive unexpectedly. This has been an extremely frustrating and unnecessary experience. I will avoid using this service in the future and strongly advise others to do the same.
Having been in business for over 21 years, we recently opened an account with this service. Filing a damage claim has been a convoluted process for weeks. We have received numerous confusing emails from them. We will close our account and continue using alternative services.
