If I could give zero stars, I would. FedEx is hands-down the worst delivery service operating in Sweden. They don't actually "deliver" packages; they specialize in creative writing exercises where they pretend you weren't home. The "Ghost Call" Tactic: Their drivers have turned "attempted delivery" into a scam. They call your phone for exactly half a second—just long enough for their system to log a "contact attempt"—and hang up before you can even reach for your phone. Then, they immediately update the tracking to say you weren't there. I’ve been sitting by my door, phone in hand, and watched the status change to "Recipient not home" without a single knock, bell ring, or actual phone call. It is a blatant lie.Zero Flexibility: Unlike every other professional courier in Sweden (PostNord, DHL, UPS, Budbee), FedEx apparently lacks the basic infrastructure to use collection points. If their lazy driver decides they don't feel like finding your door code, your package is held hostage in a warehouse or sent back to the sender. They refuse to drop it at a local kiosk or locker like a modern company would.A Pattern of Lies: Looking at recent reviews, I’m clearly not alone. Other customers are reporting drivers who take a photo of the apartment entrance from their van and drive off without ever stepping out. Their customer service is a black hole of scripted, useless responses that offer no solutions.Verdict: Do not use them. If a webshop only offers FedEx, shop elsewhere. They are a disgrace to the logistics industry and clearly have zero respect for their customers' time or money.
