The driver who delivered our package was very very rude. He droped package out side house on pavement. When we requested him to drop near door he was furious and rudely said no and if we want our package or not or else he will take it back. And when we said this attitude is not good and we will complain to Fedex... he said, i dont care go ahead .

It is impossible to get help even with simple thing like making changes to the delivery. you need en sms code to login to make changes, but sms is never sent. Another day, the sms is received, but upon entering the code there is a "system error" and notice to call customer service on phone number "null". Finding the correct number and having a long discussion with their AI bot, the call ends with me having to do this change on the web, which is still broken. This have been broken for weeks now and it is absolutely impossible to get a message to someone human on the other side. Worst. Service. Ever.
They seem to work incredibly hard not to deliver packages. They are remarkably good at failing to deliver. They go to extreme lengths to make sure you don’t receive your package, and if you call customer service, you’re met with inconsistent and contradictory information. In my case, I received a message in the morning while I was at work saying the package would be delivered around 2 p.m. I couldn’t leave work, so I called to arrange delivery to a different address or on a different date—no help at all. Instead, they sent the package back to the airport and kept it there for only a few days. I was about to travel abroad during that short holding period, so picking it up in person was not possible. They then used that as an excuse to return the package to the sender. There are plenty of delivery lockers and alternative delivery options they could offer, but they simply refuse to use them. Avoid this service at all costs.
I paid $130+ to have an envelope with and important document sent to the US from Brazil. I understand FedEx has little control over weather issues and customs clearance. The shipment was never delivered when promised but all day the tracking stated it was being delivered. Their AI Robot stated it would be delivered. Two calls into their agents which took minimum 20 minutes each to get through their AI robot, also turned out to be conflicting information. So my issue is, I spent the whole day holding onto the belief that my shipment would arrive on time. Checking the front door, not leaving the house because they told me it was on the way, refreshing tracking on their website is a joke. But the information kept changing and was totally misleading and untrustworthy. This will cost me hundreds of dollars loss but I doubt I will be able to get a refund. Next time I will try DHL. My confidence in FedEx is broken. Used to be the best a great company and now it’s horrible.
I'm at the third canceled day of delivery. Just like most other customer stories, I got the failed delivery photo, and then nothing. Tried to open an account on the FedEx website which turned out to be the most dystopian thing I've done in years. The website is littered with errors; not recognizing my card numbers, but then accepting them a minute later, when tracking a package, or clicking to open the chat, a verification has to be sent to THE SENDER before I can proceed as the recipient. This is the most laughable company I've ever come across.
I have been waiting over a week for this delivery. The driver never actually arrives, yet I have stayed home for two full days waiting. Instead, I receive messages saying they attempted delivery while they simply drive away. There is no time window, no advance notice, and no real communication. Their delivery system is clearly broken and badly in need of better technology! It is hard to see how they manage to deliver anything at all.
FedEx Sweden has some of the worst last-mile delivery practices I’ve experienced. My international package was marked “out for delivery” all day with no real delivery attempt, no call, and no access effort — only to be handed off without my consent to a third-party locker service, adding unnecessary delay.Tracking information was inconsistent and misleading, customer service could not tell me where my package actually was, and I lost all ability to intervene or choose an alternative. The shipment ended up taking 15 days from Barcelona to Sweden, most of that delay occurring after it had already arrived in the country. In contrast, DHL handled a similar situation the same day with a staffed pickup point and clear communication. FedEx’s system seems optimized for avoiding responsibility rather than serving customers.I will actively avoid FedEx in Sweden going forward and recommend others do the same.
If I could give zero stars, I would. FedEx is hands-down the worst delivery service operating in Sweden. They don't actually "deliver" packages; they specialize in creative writing exercises where they pretend you weren't home. The "Ghost Call" Tactic: Their drivers have turned "attempted delivery" into a scam. They call your phone for exactly half a second—just long enough for their system to log a "contact attempt"—and hang up before you can even reach for your phone. Then, they immediately update the tracking to say you weren't there. I’ve been sitting by my door, phone in hand, and watched the status change to "Recipient not home" without a single knock, bell ring, or actual phone call. It is a blatant lie.Zero Flexibility: Unlike every other professional courier in Sweden (PostNord, DHL, UPS, Budbee), FedEx apparently lacks the basic infrastructure to use collection points. If their lazy driver decides they don't feel like finding your door code, your package is held hostage in a warehouse or sent back to the sender. They refuse to drop it at a local kiosk or locker like a modern company would.A Pattern of Lies: Looking at recent reviews, I’m clearly not alone. Other customers are reporting drivers who take a photo of the apartment entrance from their van and drive off without ever stepping out. Their customer service is a black hole of scripted, useless responses that offer no solutions.Verdict: Do not use them. If a webshop only offers FedEx, shop elsewhere. They are a disgrace to the logistics industry and clearly have zero respect for their customers' time or money.
