This has been one of the most outstanding customer experiences I’ve encountered! I accidentally ordered the smaller trampoline when I actually wanted the larger one. I searched for a way to cancel the order but couldn't find that option. However, I noticed on their return policy page that I could email them within 24 hours of placing my order. I sent an email requesting either a cancellation or an exchange. Since it was a Saturday, I was concerned that no one would see the email in time. I was mistaken! I received a response almost immediately. They offered me the option to keep the smaller trampoline with a 10% refund. I expressed my gratitude for the offer but emphasized that I really wanted the larger one. They assured me that they could facilitate the exchange at no additional cost! Although it was my oversight, I was treated with such respect and professionalism, which is rare these days. Overall, I am thrilled with their customer service and can't wait to try out the trampoline. I've heard fantastic things about it!
