This has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! I mistakenly ordered the 40” trampoline when I actually wanted the 48”. I looked up if there was a way to cancel the order but I didn’t see that option, however; on their page, under their return policy, I saw that I could email them within 24 hours of placing the order. I sent an email asking to either please cancel the order or to place do an exchange. This happened on a Saturday so I was worried no one would see the email and that 24 hour window will be missed. I was wrong! Almost immediately I received a response. They gave me the option to keep the 40” trampoline and give me a 10% refund. I told them I appreciate the offer but that I really want the 48”. I got a response saying the could definitely do the exchange at no extra cost to me! It was my bad for not looking at what I was ordering but I was treated with such respect and professionalism that it’s so rare to find nowadays. All this to say that I am not only happy with their customer service but I can’t wait to try the trampoline. I’ve read and heard great reviews about it!
