My first order was faulty after a few weeks the glasses were unusable, Feel Good first instinct was to try to walk away from their warranty. Eventually my complaint was proved and they issued a refund.
I made a replacement order that so far has taken 2 weeks longer than Fell Good committed. They have no idea what has happened to this order, their many, many responses are best condensed down to an "automated manyana" no one checks, no one explains, just empty emails amounting to "sorry, soon" which I am currently in the 4th round of. They will end up having to refund this order too, because in reality they have zero clue what is going on in their company.
Avoid unless, you don't need glasses in ANY defined timeframe, 2 weeks, 2 months 2 years and you have one hundred hours to waste complaining to an automated customer irritation bot.
