Excellent customer service!!
Got an issue with my delivery ( due to Royal Mail, not the company), contacted the team on Sunday via WhatsApp. I didn’t have to wait even a minute to be connected with someone. The whole process took not more than 5 minutes altogether!!!
The best customer service experience I’ve ever had!! Thank you!!

I am disappointed with my recent experience. I paid for a 3-month supply (6 boxes), but the package arrived sealed with only 5 boxes inside. Since the parcel was intact, this was clearly a picking error rather than a courier issue. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to receive the correct quantity as described or a proportional partial refund for the missing items. I hope Feel Good Contacts rectifies this immediately.

Very very bad experience avoid at all costs, I ordered lenses for next day delivery paid extra too and never received them when I called to query this and emailed them I was firstly given someone else’s tracking number with there house address and name etc personal details then when I corrected them and told the advisor my details I was told has been delivered by ever next to some bins I said it was bin day today all the bins were out and why was this not delivered to my address. The advisor said oh well we can’t do anything not our responsibility ever has delivered I emailed and was told the same. Never had such disrespect and disgusting service. There is no point asking me to email yourselves etc when you clearly said it has been delivered to the bin so silly. Wen a customer places a order it is the full responsibility of the sales company that the order is delivered correctly to the customer.

My first order was faulty after a few weeks the glasses were unusable, Feel Good first instinct was to try to walk away from their warranty. Eventually my complaint was proved and they issued a refund.

I made a replacement order that so far has taken 2 weeks longer than Fell Good committed. They have no idea what has happened to this order, their many, many responses are best condensed down to an "automated manyana" no one checks, no one explains, just empty emails amounting to "sorry, soon" which I am currently in the 4th round of. They will end up having to refund this order too, because in reality they have zero clue what is going on in their company.

Avoid unless, you don't need glasses in ANY defined timeframe, 2 weeks, 2 months 2 years and you have one hundred hours to waste complaining to an automated customer irritation bot.

I received exceptional service from the contact lens provider. I was down to my last two pairs of daily contact lenses, ordered them on Boxing Day, and they arrived by Saturday evening. First Experience with Contacts Turned Positive

As someone new to contacts, I initially had difficulty inserting them (I had a free trial from a large store) and found them uncomfortable. After a few weeks, I decided to try again and opted for the daily disposable lenses from a different provider. To my surprise, I was able to insert both lenses on my first attempt, something I couldn't achieve with the trial ones, which often took me at least 30 minutes and felt uncomfortable throughout the day. With these new lenses, I hardly noticed them at all, making it a great experience for me. I ordered on Saturday and they arrived the very next day.
