I am disappointed with my recent experience. I paid for a 3-month supply (6 boxes), but the package arrived sealed with only 5 boxes inside. Since the parcel was intact, this was clearly a picking error rather than a courier issue. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to receive the correct quantity as described or a proportional partial refund for the missing items. I hope Feel Good Contacts rectifies this immediately.
