Excellent. I purchased glasses a few months ago. Great design, easy to order and great communication on how my order was progressing. Sadly, last week, the arm fell off. I was disappointed as I only use them to watch tv in the evenings so they had not had heavy use. I decided to contact customer services and explain, not really too optimistic they would do anything about it. The service was exemplary, they replied within a few hours, apologised for the issue and immediately ordered a new frame for me to take into my optician to swap the lenses over. They were dispatched the next day with 24 hr delivery. I am so impressed. No quibble. Proper customer service.
