Review Time
The website says next day delivery. I made my order 1 week today and I still haven’t received the order. Wrote to people on instant message to ask where my order is and just got a generic “well look into that”. Don’t order from here if you need your contacts within the week of ordering.
I had a bad experience not just once, but twice. The first time, my package was lost and had to be reordered. Unfortunately, the second delivery also failed to meet the promised timeline. While I understand that a one-day delay can happen, this delivery is now almost five days late. When a delivery date is communicated, I expect it to be respected and reliable.
Ordered contact lenses and a week later still haven’t arrived . Tried live chat to get an update . Messages were left unopened for over 30 min and then told package was with Irish An post . When I could prove it wasn’t I was then told package was in customs. Chat ended twice without my question being answered. Would not recommend this company in the future.
