Great service, I had a, query about my order, the response was prompt and customer service was good.From order to delivery took 6 days to Southern Ireland, Product was top notch and really well priced, looking forward to dealing with this company in the future.
"Feel Good Contacts IE" is based in the U.K. and so next day delivery doesn't apply to Ireland, iv been waitingv5 days already and according to tracking my item has just left the U.K. which means it will be at least a week for delivery. Be aware!!!!
Very disappointed with the quality of the frames. Bought one but the frame was broken after short time so I bought a second one thinking it could be my fault somehow but again the frame broken the same way then again a third one bought after I contacted the shop and got a credit as a compensation. That credit was used to buy a third pair of glasses of the same type and that was broken after 3 weeks of using them! Finally I Learned my lesson and decided to stop wasting my money. I understand the eyeglasses were cheap but I believe It should have lasted longer as I have a pair of even cheaper reading eyeglasses and that lasted longer and I still use them.
