Communication when deliveries are outside their estimated time are non existent. Delivery was due Mar 27th and I am still not just waiting for the package itself but also a response to my email. This is the second time this has happened, all since moving to Evri for delivery. Do better.... following this review I was contacted & the resolution was to ship another package and wait for that. If they both happen to arrive then I pay for the that too. Where is the gesture of apology for not fulfilling the order? Where is the customer care without having to use trust pilot? Why estimate a delivery date if you can never see it through? Very very poor service

A company that actually takes customer complaints seriously

My first experience with Feel Good Contacts wasn't great- I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses well in advance of a holiday, but was advised of delays that meant they'd be delivered after I'd left for my holiday. After a good few emails with them, fair play to them, they eventually took this seriously and moved a few things and got my sunglasses delivered in time.To show my appreciation, I've continued to order from them, including my daughter's repeat contact lenses prescription for the past few years. Never any problems, and always great value. Also, who doesn't like the occasional packet of Haribo added toy your order :-)Highly recommended

Nice glasses!

These are so nice! The shipping was much faster, than expected, they look nice and I see well in them! Definetely recommend! I usually have pain (headaches, eye pain) when I buy new glasses, even after the long time of wearing them, but not with these ones! It's a first time of such a relief! (Yet they might be a bit heavy on the ears after a long time, but its okay, cause I know I need quite big lenses, and a thin frame wouldn't held them)
