EDIT: After ALOT of emails back & forth, eventually after sending photo & video evidence of the hutch not being fit for purpose & not useable a refund was agreed. They collected the hutch and refunded in full. It should not be this hard to resolve issues. Very poor quality hutch. Glad it was eventually sorted.If I could put below 1, I would! Ordered a rabbit hutch, it arrived with a damaged part to start with. They replaced that. We also bought an extension for the hutch. It does not join onto the Hutch as it should, It is useless. We have contacted them via Facebook email and left messages on voicemail to be totally ignored.We are now left out of pocket with an unusable rabbit hutch.Sue is useless.
