Goods arrived with broken packaging. Parts were missing because they put in to one of those press to seal bags all the nuts and bolts and some metal components, so the seal breaks open. Add the damaged box and you've lost parts. Asked to have the parts replaced, along with the wrong supplied 8mm socket for all the 10mm nuts, and the RUSTY (yes really) component, and they want to the whole thing put back into the broken box and sent back! As a customer we want the item. So for the sake of a few parts they want it all back! And you have to message them heaven forbid they allow you to have a phone number! Well HOW is that customer service?So I've tried to put a note on their FB page and YOU CANNOT! Their privacy settings don't allow you to! For a £3M turnover they aren't good at customer care at all! What company things it's a nice thing to do to give a refund than fix the problems. AWFUL. And then we could get to the flimsy construction and such .... I'd add pictures but I can't see how to! :( -11 / 10
