Ordered a (inexpensive) polytunnel from these guys. We had it sitting around for a few months before we put it up, and then noticed that the door panel was missing some velcro strips. That would have been annoying but I emailed Feel Good out of hours on a Monday evening, had a reply by 9:30 the next morning and a replacement door arrived the next day, no questions asked.Any problems like that are quickly forgotten when they're put right so quickly and easily.
