I've had mine for 1 week and I am never turning back. I was smoking 15/20 cigarettes per day for the last 15 years, tried vaping multiple times to try and ditch smoking but it never worked. This has absolutely worked and curved a lot of my cravings. 10/10 recommend if you actually want to give up smoking/vaping, you need to have your own "want" to quit and it will work ✅️ Delivery took 1 week. Yes, it's a drop shipped product, but it does exactly what it says on the tin and it actually does really help. I enjoy the flavours, my favourite being the mango or the orange (closest to vape flavours) and I feel like the peppermint would be good for menthol smokers. Price tag for the starter kit is easily made back from not purchasing cigarettes/vapes, and they have a return policy if you dont get on with it (other comments clearly not utilising that).
For many years I've been a smoker and for many years I've wanted to quit but the addiction has always brought me back. When I discovered HÜM, I was apprehensive but I took the leap of faith and brought a starter pack. However I didn't enter the journey with all my hope put in to a device and that it would solve my problem. I had a mindset and HÜM was my tool. I was armed with flavours of strawberry and mint, of the two I preferred the mint as it gave a fresh cool taste. The device was so easy to use, comfortable in my hand and soothed the hand motion craving. I started this journey at the begining of November, I haven't brought any flavours since. I have been using HÜM along with normal chewing gum to breath in clean, fresh oxygen and curve any cravings. I feel great for it. I would recommend this device if you are seeking to quit vaping or smoking. Do not fool yourself in to thinking this is a vape and will replace what you already have. This is a tool and when you combine it with the right mindset, it will help, it's definitely not a waste of money.I feel this has helped me on my journey and now the rest is up to me. HÜM has done exactly what it says on the tin. Thought I'd give this a try, but should have read the third party reviews first. Hum claims over 20,000 changed lives with 97% approval rate. scamadviser.com warns that this is an internal review system which is unreliable and probably lies. Look at the 3rd party reviews and you'll get a much better idea of what this product is like.Delivery was OK, but no instructions, the device is clearly put together as cheaply as possible and no branding at all on the flavour sticks. All a bit suspect. As for using it.......well, a good description of what it is like to use, no matter what flavour you choose, is, imagine spraying something like febreze in to a room, leaving it for a few minutes and then walking in and breathing. Exactly what you'd get, a very faint taste of chemicals that bear no relation to the falvour it's supposed to be, you might as well just spray viakal in a straw and suck on that the next day when it has dried. Mine went in the bin 36 hours after delivery.
