I bought 3 bras, and didn’t like the fit. They make the return process incredibly hard and almost impossible. I emailed them February 1st to start a refund. No response. Emailed again Feb 3rd, and got a response with no option of a return unless I emailed them AGAIN to confirm I wanted a return. So I emailed them again on Feb 4th. No response. Emailed them again Feb 6th. No response. Emailed again Feb 8th threatening to file a dispute if I heard nothing back. They responded and said if I wanted to start a return, to click the link they provided to fill out a form and that it would be reviewed within 48 hours. I filled out the form Feb 8th, followed up on Feb 10th after hearing nothing for the 48 hours. I had no option but to begin to try and dispute the charge with my credit card company on Feb 12th. Then, they respond on Feb 15th with return instructions, but because I had already started a dispute, on Feb 17th they confirmed that they cannot process the return with an open dispute. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! SHAME ON YOU FEELINGIRL
