I will never in life, ever purchase anything from this company EVER again!!! There bra is mediocre at best but the customer service is deplorable. You can't call them first of all and the number that they tell you to text on never responds. I spent weeks, literally, trying to get a response from these people via email. Got the response, finally, and it took another 4 days for them to tell me how i can get a different size. After doing what I was told to do for the exchange. 2 days later I received an email telling me that I haven't responded in 2 days so they closed my case. I sent another email telling them that I did reply and had to wait for days to get a response. They responded by sending the same info telling me how i can exchange. I sent a reply telling them that I did all of this. My exchange came today and I'm still waiting on a reply to the last text that I sent them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Purchase at your own risk! You've been warned.
Their sizing is very off the item was way bigger than expected I've been waiting almost a week and have not heard from their customer service to see if a return /exchange or refund is possible
I bought 3 bras, and didn’t like the fit. They make the return process incredibly hard and almost impossible. I emailed them February 1st to start a refund. No response. Emailed again Feb 3rd, and got a response with no option of a return unless I emailed them AGAIN to confirm I wanted a return. So I emailed them again on Feb 4th. No response. Emailed them again Feb 6th. No response. Emailed again Feb 8th threatening to file a dispute if I heard nothing back. They responded and said if I wanted to start a return, to click the link they provided to fill out a form and that it would be reviewed within 48 hours. I filled out the form Feb 8th, followed up on Feb 10th after hearing nothing for the 48 hours. I had no option but to begin to try and dispute the charge with my credit card company on Feb 12th. Then, they respond on Feb 15th with return instructions, but because I had already started a dispute, on Feb 17th they confirmed that they cannot process the return with an open dispute. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! SHAME ON YOU FEELINGIRL
I’ve been searching for a truly comfortable bra for a long time, and the Feelingirl bra has been such a great find. I no longer dread putting on a bra in the morning! It doesn’t dig into my skin or rub me raw, and it provides wonderful support for my fuller bust, lifting everything comfortably into place.
It’s so comfortable that I could even sleep in it. I personally prefer a little more coverage since I have some fullness at the top, but it’s minimal and not noticeable under a shirt. Overall, this bra strikes a great balance between comfort and support, and I’m really happy with it.
The shapewear itself is good quality, provides strong compression, and does a great job with tummy control. The material feels sturdy and supportive, and the design works well. Comfortable for long wear with a convenient zipper.
I would have never ordered from them if I knew that they took over 2 weeks to give shipping details. I don’t like the lack of communication with people that is spending money at your store. I should have read the reviews. I don’t even want the bras anymore I just want my money back
Honestly I was skeptical about this product and dint want to get my hopes us. I’m glad to say I was pleasantly surprised. The product really is AMAZING! I was SNATCHED!! I’ve already told my sisters to get their fajas from this company. All customer service is great. Had my baby two months ago so I’m currently 170lbs and 5’7 in height. I ordered a medium and it fit well. 10/10 for this product.
I got sent a wrong item and their customer service team was responsive and helpful and I got a new one sent quickly! Also the bras are amazing I love the way they feel and hold me up I feel confident racing around chasing my toddler!
I originally ordered two products and only one was received.Once I contacted the company, my other product came as promised. The garments are a perfect fit and the material is amazing. I really didn't expect for anything to fit or be of good quality. I was wrong, both products are amazing. I will definitely be ordering more garments from Feelingirl!
