I would give zero stars if it let me. I’m sharing my experience so others are aware. I purchased an OPUS SoundBed for $2,000 with a promised delivery window of 12 weeks. It has now been many months, the product never arrived, the tracking system is down, and customer support has stopped responding to all emails.I posted a polite, honest comment on their Instagram asking for an update, but it was deleted. Since then, I’ve connected with many others who also paid in full and never received their SoundBed—some have been waiting over two years. This pattern of deleting customer comments, delaying delivery, and not responding to refund requests is extremely concerning.Because OPUS has not provided the product or communicated any resolution, I am filing a dispute with my bank and submitting official complaints to my State Attorney General, the FTC, the BBB, and other consumer protection agencies. I’ll also be sharing this experience on platforms they cannot edit or moderate so people can make informed decisions.If you are also still waiting for your order or refund, please document everything and consider filing your own reports. The more customers who speak up, the easier it becomes for consumer protection groups to take action. Transparency from a company selling such high-ticket items is essential. I am still open to a professional resolution and a full refund, but until that happens, I will continue sharing my experience so others are aware.
