I ordered and paid in full $2326.30 in July 2024.i was told I would be getting it in 3month . I never got it. I asked for refund in January 2026 and was told it's being processed. I will haven't received. They blocked me from site. Wouldn't answer emails. I filed with bbb. they don't answer them. I filed fraud charges with my sheriff . So be wear,don't be fooled by them.
SUCCESS! I’m not sure if this will work for everyone but wanted to share my success story getting my money back! I too had ordered a sound bed months ago only to be given ship date after ship date. When I started to be demanding the Opus customer service ghosted me. And when I asked for a refund I received one response and then nothing. I noticed on my credit card that the purchase I made was from digistore24 and not Opus. Turns out that Opus sells through third party vendors and not just their own site. So I contacted digistore24. And wow, I can’t say enough nice things about digistore24! They contacted Opus multiple times on my behalf and after no response from Opus provide me the refund themselves. From start to finish it was just over a week to get a full refund through Digistire24. I know this won’t work for everyone but check who you purchased your sounded through. I thought I had bought direct but am so happy that it turns out I didn’t. Best of luck everyone!

OPUS NEVER delivered the bed after two years and promised "the refund check is being processed" for a year. I wish there was a way to let everyone considering this purchase to try their competitor. They just collect your money and DO NOT DELIVER
I ordered my sound bed over two years ago...December 13, 2023. There is no reason to go into details as my story is much like all the other reviewers. I never got the bed and I just viewed their tracker, where it said I could expect my bed in 26 weeks. Every time I go to the tracker, it's a longer period of time. I'm actually surprised that there hasn't been a class action suit filed.

It has now been many months, the product never arrived, the tracking system is down, and customer support has stopped responding to all emails.I posted a polite, honest comment on their Instagram asking for an update, but it was deleted. Since then, I’ve connected with many others who also paid in full and never received their SoundBed—some have been waiting over two years. This pattern of deleting customer comments, delaying delivery, and not responding to refund requests is extremely concerning.Because OPUS has not provided the product or communicated any resolution, I am filing a dispute with my bank and submitting official complaints to my State Attorney General, the FTC, the BBB, and other consumer protection agencies. I’ll also be sharing this experience on platforms they cannot edit or moderate so people can make informed decisions.If you are also still waiting for your order or refund, please document everything and consider filing your own reports. The more customers who speak up, the easier it becomes for consumer protection groups to take action. Transparency from a company selling such high-ticket items is essential. I am still open to a professional resolution and a full refund, but until that happens, I will continue sharing my experience so others are aware.
I have not received my soundbed going on almost a year now, it’s always the same excuses and the “tracker” has not been working for months now. I see they continue to take orders consistently, yet they can’t fulfill any existing orders, interesting🤨

I paid $2649 plus another $99 for the soundbed in October 2023. As of March 2025 I still had not received the product and they offered a refund. I accepted. I am still waiting in September 2025 for the refund and no communication. This company is fraudulent.
OPUS SoundBed is a scam. They are dishonest, no integrity, and lack any real structure. I think a lot of their “business model” is a front to collect as many $99 deposits from customers as they can, and have no real intention to fulfill orders. I waited for years with lie after lie. I finally had to file a CC Dispute. But they want to keep the $99 because they literally state in their TOS that they will keep that no matter what for any reason/cancellation. Whatever you do, do not work with this unethical fraud of a “business.”
