After requesting a refund, I was again told—multiple times—that the refund was being processed, but nothing has actually been returned.After looking deeper into other people’s experiences, it’s obvious I’m not alone. Many customers have been waiting months or even years for products that have never arrived. Others are now also struggling to get refunds, receiving the same repeated promises with no follow-through.At this point, it’s hard not to believe this is a systemic issue within the company.
