If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered my soundbed over a year ago. Reached out through the only method of communication with them, email, over the course of the year for updates, but always the same answer, "It's shipping soon." After I waited a full year, I reached out to request a refund, and they said they would issue it within 10-14 days. I STILL have no refund, and now I'm getting the same answer of "soon". I'm due a refund of over $2,300. How is this company still in business? It seems to me to be a scam to con people out of thousands of dollars, to never receive their product. I have submitted a fraud claim with the SEC as this company is completely fraudulent, just stealing people's money.
