SUCCESS! I’m not sure if this will work for everyone but wanted to share my success story getting my money back! I too had ordered a sound bed months ago only to be given ship date after ship date. When I started to be demanding the Opus customer service ghosted me. And when I asked for a refund I received one response and then nothing. I noticed on my credit card that the purchase I made was from digistore24 and not Opus. Turns out that Opus sells through third party vendors and not just their own site. So I contacted digistore24. And wow, I can’t say enough nice things about digistore24! They contacted Opus multiple times on my behalf and after no response from Opus provide me the refund themselves. From start to finish it was just over a week to get a full refund through Digistire24. I know this won’t work for everyone but check who you purchased your sounded through. I thought I had bought direct but am so happy that it turns out I didn’t. Best of luck everyone!
