FAKE 60-day return policy, I requested to cancel my subscription & refund as £90GBP per month just to enjoy a rich smooth mug of coffee in the morning is expensive.
REFORMED’s Protein Coffee 1 month pouch contains 20ish mugs of delicious coffee, but Customer Support recommend having 2 servings to feel the benefits of their coffee supplement. This means you actually need 3 pouches per month, which equates to £90GBP per month, this isn’t viable for most people considering the economic climate.
I have followed REFORMED’s 2 mug daily routine for nearly a month (just started my third pouch) & apart from enjoying a rich smooth mug of delicious coffee, I haven’t felt any of the benefits of drinking this coffee: I haven’t felt an improved level of focus or energy, nor have I seen any improvement in muscle form. My PT *Personal Trainer says these products are just gimmicks & he suggested if I wanted to increase my protein intake I should have a 2 egg scrambled on sourdough & buy coffee beans for filtered coffee; cheaper, tastier & healthier.
Reformed don’t even abide to the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY & ITS POLICY & COFFEE
