Really poor customer that completely ignored me after I complained about a safety problem with this product. This made me worried about the actual product. I do not trust this company at all and would never buy again. Please be careful with this product.
The subscription setup is so simple and flexible. I travel a lot, so I’ve had to skip a few shipments and it was incredibly easy to manage through my account. When I had a question about timing, customer support replied the same day with a clear and helpful answer. Amazing experience overall.
I’m literally obsessed with their decaf coffee! First of all, it tastes amazing, I’m looking forward to drinking it every morning.
Second, it helps me to hit my protein intake goal.
Third, it’s so fulfilling, that it keeps me full for hours and helps to keep myself in my calorie deficit without feeling restricted or deprived. It feels nourishing, not like another cup of coffee.
And knowing how many vitamins and nutrients are there just feels even better! My favorite daily routine 😍
Beware - the worst customer service I’ve come across in years! Firstly the delivery time advertised is a lie - this is backed up by multiple other reviews on here.
My issue - I have a caffeine intolerance and their matcha contains caffeine, which is NOT stated on their website - they have accepted this and said they are reviewing it, so I hope this will help my fellow caffeine intolerant people. Sadly I only realised the high caffeine content after their drink made me poorly, which is very poor and constitutes ‘significantly not as described’ in distance selling of food items law.
Upon contacting customer service, I expected an apology and ‘no quibble’ guarantee, as is expected with distance selling of wellness products BUT I am shocked that they COULD NOT CARE LESS - 10 days later and they still haven’t agreed to refund me; despite stating “if something has gone wrong we want to fix it” on their website. However, they have managed to send me multiple daily sales emails in that time… showing that they only care about sales, not customers.
So their product that is significantly not as described has made me physically ill and all they offer me is to buy their decaf coffee, but that contains bovine and I don’t eat meat!!! The company is an absolute disgrace and very insulting - avoid at all costs.
I ordered my product 10 days ago, and despite their promise of dispatch within 24 to 48 hours, it took a week to send my kit. Customer service did not respond to my inquiries, and I later received an email stating that one of the items was out of stock. Then, I got an automated message indicating it was shipped, but the tracking information from the postal service only shows it's at a sorting facility with no delivery date. No matter how many times I reach out to customer service, I receive no replies, yet I am inundated with their marketing emails every day. This feels like a company relying on AI for customer support.
This coffee is exceptionally smooth and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort like regular coffee. It provides an energizing boost without the crash, and I've even observed that my nails are becoming stronger. I will certainly purchase it again.
I have dealt with gut issues and bloating related to my endometriosis and PCOS. Since I started using the reformed Matcha, I've seen a remarkable change in my stomach discomfort. The tummy aches have vanished, and my bloating has lessened. Although I'm not typically a matcha fan, this one has a creamy taste when mixed with oat milk. I would absolutely recommend this to others. It has taken the place of my morning coffee, and my energy levels feel more stable compared to the crash I used to experience after caffeine.
They attempted to charge me for a product without my consent. I ordered matcha once and hardly use it due to its odd taste. This time, I was billed for a coffee product that I never consume. The item isn't even from Japan. They didn't just charge me once, but several times until they succeeded. AVOID!!! They auto-subscribed me, and I can’t seem to cancel it. They keep sending a jar, a bottle, and a broth—what a waste! It's a ridiculous sales tactic. With £39, I could purchase genuine matcha from Japan. Those gifts are a scam. Stop taking my money and issue a refund immediately!!!
Initially, I had my doubts about its ability to enhance focus, but I was genuinely impressed. The flavor is delightful as well; I personally enjoy it with ice and oat milk, making other beverages seem less appealing. As someone who studies extensively, I've noticed that it provides the energy boost I require without the significant crash typical of regular coffee.
