The item isn't even from Japan. They didn't just charge me once, but several times until they succeeded. AVOID!!! They auto-subscribed me, and I can’t seem to cancel it. They keep sending a jar, a bottle, and a broth—what a waste! It's a ridiculous sales tactic. With £39, I could purchase genuine matcha from Japan. Those gifts are a scam. Stop taking my money and issue a refund immediately!!!
