An okay product, but terrible customer service.
The welcome offer was good and worth the money — it included a frother, a glass jar, and a metal storage tub. The value was there, but the product itself wasn’t particularly remarkable, so I decided to cancel.
During the cancellation process, I was offered a reduced price to stay. I accepted this offer, which is the only reason I didn’t cancel.
Shortly afterwards, I was charged the full price.
When I contacted support, they claimed I had placed the order before attempting to cancel. However, their own screenshot shows a “CANCEL_DISCOUNT” applied to the order.
So how can an order include a cancellation discount if it was placed before cancellation?
On top of this, the subscription was supposed to include a leather case, which never arrived. I also had to request cancellation three separate times before being told to do it myself via the website.
