I am so FRUSTRATED! I used the url for the official Sagrada Familia site, but somehow left off a letter. This popped up instead, so I booked...100% thinking I was purchasing from official site and would receive my tickets right away. We are traveling to Spain from US in 8 weeks and wanted everything finished. I went into print oit tickets for my trip folder and saw a weird name on the email. Not only will they not refund 10 minutes after purchase (we will see...im doing a chargeback) they also keep saying we wont get tickets until 24 hours before tour date. Thats just awful and completely bs. Noone should have to wait 8 weeks for tickets paid for. Ive read this site cancelled 24 hours before on many people and this is obviously not a chance im willing to take on my #1 sightseeing place on any international holiday.
