I am so FRUSTRATED! I used the url for the official Sagrada Familia site, but somehow left off a letter. This popped up instead, so I booked...100% thinking I was purchasing from official site and would receive my tickets right away. We are traveling to Spain from US in 8 weeks and wanted everything finished. I went into print oit tickets for my trip folder and saw a weird name on the email. Not only will they not refund 10 minutes after purchase (we will see...im doing a chargeback) they also keep saying we wont get tickets until 24 hours before tour date. Thats just awful and completely bs. Noone should have to wait 8 weeks for tickets paid for. Ive read this site cancelled 24 hours before on many people and this is obviously not a chance im willing to take on my #1 sightseeing place on any international holiday.
Horrible! I thought I was on official website for Louvre & Palace of Versailles tickets. You charged me more than double the price of tickets and misrepresented your website and touted it as the “Official” website for tickets. You are a scam and rip people off with racketeering, I don’t even have the tickets in my possession but am expected to pay upfront and not receive tickets until 24 hours of scheduled time…you have provided zero information on how we are to receive “audio”and IF it is the “official” audio presentation provided by Louvre. BUYER BEWARE! This company/website is a SCAM!!!

Tickets never arrived, price is almost double the official site and there is no customer support.
In reply to the comment from Feel the City below, the responses are provided by a bot and are the same no matter the question asked. No one has ever said that you aren’t a legitimate company, I am saying it’s a scam. Tickets ordered 7 days ago, tour in 2 hours, no sign of tickets.
First they trick you in paying too much > my stupid mistake.
Second their service fails to deliver. 'blank' tickets and audio tour that does not work.
Third - except for their automated Bot replies, you cannot reach anyone.
Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. They sell you tickets for certain dates and then just cancel at the last minute. Their customer service is all AI so you can never actually talk / communicate with anyone.
Their website looks like the official musee D'Orsay website so I bought my tickets thinking it was. They were 3xs the price and they charged me 12 euros for my child. Youth are free under 18 so what they were charging me for I don't know. Then I realized that there was no entry time on my ticket and have been trying to reach someone on email and whatsapp to find out what my time for entry is and no reply from them. Do not fall for it like I did!
scam!!!! bastards steal your money ( 20 ticket is 172 on this site) identical colors pictures to make one feel they found the offical site, google takes you here when you search

Complete scam! They sell tickets of official places and they are the first thing that appears in Google, and then they send an email 1 day before the event saying there are no tickets. Of course by then you cant buy tickets in any other place. Complete scam
TOTAL SCAM. LESS THAN ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COST. Run, don’t walk, if you see the name of this company or Pancho Tours. We booked the colosseum and Vatican together. On January 7. Vatican worked fine. I emailed the day before our colosseum tour and was told my tickets were still processing. Though their AI generated responses said I should already have my tickets. Then at 6pm the night before our tour the tickets were cancelled
Due to lack of availability. Even though I booked six weeks before. Their AI generated response made zero sense. Their what’s app doesn’t work. Furthermore I was still able to get tickets the next day with someone else so they are full of bologna.
