I am absolutely delighted with my mobility device since I got it in September. It has provided me with incredible freedom, allowing me to walk my dog alone, knowing I can handle all the hills, curbs, and rough terrain around us. The under-basket is a great addition too; I can now shop locally and fit a good amount of groceries in it, along with a bag on the back for essentials. I've received many compliments on the chair and have been recommending it to everyone! The customer support has been outstanding, addressing all my inquiries with kindness and patience before the purchase, making me feel completely at ease.
