However, on delivery day, I received an email stating there might not be a charger included, which I found odd for a new product. Upon opening the box, it was clear that the device was not new; there were dirt and stones in the wheels, and the box showed signs of prior use. After contacting the company, I was informed that the device was indeed second-hand, returned by another customer. I was furious, as it was evident from the start that this was not a new item. I requested a full refund, but they delayed their response and ignored my follow-ups. It wasn't until several days later that I received my refund, but the process was frustrating and poorly handled. I feel they were trying to pass off a second-hand product as new. My experience with this company was disappointing, and I advise others to steer clear.
