I had ordered from this company previously as a one off, and although the delivery time was long I was pleased with the product. I reordered when I was running out of the product and don't know what happened, but I ended up being signed up with a monthly subscription which I didn't want. I eventually found where it showed the subscription could be cancelled on the website, but when you press on it,it comes up with a message saying that you have to email the company, and gave an email address. I emailed the company requesting cancellation and received an automatic reply advising that someone would reply to me within 72 hours. That was a week ago, Despite numerous chasers, no confirmation has been received by them confirming my subscription cancellation and they are still processing a second delivery which they have taken the payment for which I had requested cancellation. This delivery has been notified by them as being processed for the last 7 days, so no excuse for not cancelling and refunding my payment. My only way of preventing any further payments being taken from my account has been to contact my bank and get them to cancel any further payments. Read everything really carefully to avoid this happening to you.
