Review Time
This company is a scam, I’ve ordered a mirror from them nearly 13 “business days” ago and they told me it will be here within 7, and they still haven’t updated or moved/created the product. They have also taken the mirror of their website after I bought them, they rarely reply of with any help
I had some issues at the start due to me putting the wrong address, this was then swiftly updated the parcel is on the way, they are big company so i can see sometimes things can take longer then expected
I had ordered from this company previously as a one off, and although the delivery time was long I was pleased with the product. I reordered when I was running out of the product and don't know what happened, but I ended up being signed up with a monthly subscription which I didn't want. I eventually found where it showed the subscription could be cancelled on the website, but when you press on it,it comes up with a message saying that you have to email the company, and gave an email address. I emailed the company requesting cancellation and received an automatic reply advising that someone would reply to me within 72 hours. That was a week ago, Despite numerous chasers, no confirmation has been received by them confirming my subscription cancellation and they are still processing a second delivery which they have taken the payment for which I had requested cancellation. This delivery has been notified by them as being processed for the last 7 days, so no excuse for not cancelling and refunding my payment. My only way of preventing any further payments being taken from my account has been to contact my bank and get them to cancel any further payments. Read everything really carefully to avoid this happening to you.
Finally arrived! Ordered the 1st Feb. Arrived today Saturday 21st Feb. Packaged well. Plus got a lip plumping gift.
Looking forward to testing out the rosacea corrector product.

After reading the reviews on here because of the slow shipping as the website states 6 working days i can confirm the company did reply to my email of concern within their 48hr time frame.
Transit took approximately 2 working days once posted.
It is posted from China so not sure why they say the company is in the Netherlands?
I cant say its been a bad experience just due to the slow shipping.
I ordered the Feline the Feline dark spot corrector and another product. After waiting for 2 months I recieved a small package with a La Roche- Posay product which i did not order and had no interest i ordering.
I wrote to them( Clara) and they totally ignore my email and responded that the product has been delivered to me. They are totally ignoring that they have sent me the incorrect item , meaning my money is gone down the drain. I am highly dissapointed and warn others of this company
Adding to my recent review, on receiving feedback from Trustpilot their 'customer services rep' contacted me and offered to give me store credit +£20, at the same time they sent me a 'your order is on its way' email.
As scammers you'd think they'd come up with something more original....

Its a scam. Ordered in early January, lots of "its on its way" emails. Raised tickets with auto answer "someone will contact you in 48 to 72 hours" no one does.

I ordered the buy one get one free deal on the 27thof January still haven't received my order when I track it it hasn't moved since the 28th of January!!
I have sent them emails asking where my order is and how long delivery usually takes just to be told don't keep sending emails as it delays replies lol!! All I want is my order or a refund ASAP!!
Worst experience ever! I never write bad reviews but feel I have to with this company as they are clearly ripping people off. Don’t buy from this company they are a SCAM! No product, try to take your money, if you put something in your basket you will get a WhatsApp message trying to force you to buy it, only send messages when you chase them up and it’s the same repeated excuse! No explaining where order is or apologies with a refund everything is difficult and if you paid on card you probably won’t get a refund unless you go to bank explaining they are fraudulent. Please people don’t order from this company, I can only think the 5 star reviews are AI generated!
