A rental company with a terrible attitude toward customers!! Extremely rude service staff who don’t know how to handle criticism. If you even express the slightest dissatisfaction about something, they immediately take an aggressive approach.They wanted to give me a car with over 20 damages. When I asked a representative to accompany me to inspect the vehicle, and I had comments about how the damages were marked, she simply walked away and left me there.I had an awful experience and felt like I was getting into a major mess with this company. They even demanded that the car be returned washed — unbelievable!!I felt so threatened about what might happen when returning the car that I simply left everything and walked away, not even caring about getting a refund.I also have serious complaints about the website where I booked the car, Economy Booking Rental Car, which published incorrect information regarding the car pickup location — supposedly at the airport. At least that was how it appeared at the time of booking.
