This company is a scam. Be very careful.They trick customers into paying extra costs that are never clearly explained in advance. You do not receive any contract or invoice by email before or after the rental, which is extremely unprofessional and suspicious.At the office, you are asked to sign electronically multiple times (around 7 times) on a device where you cannot properly see or read what you are signing. You are not given a clear electronic copy of what you signed.In hand, you receive only two paper sheets:-one with very poor English that explains almost nothing clearly,-and another one that is presented as a “contract”, but the explanations are misleading and false.The staff misleads you, explains things incorrectly, and pushes extra charges that were not transparently agreed upon. Overall, the process feels intentionally confusing so customers pay more without understanding why.I strongly do NOT recommend this company. Choose a serious rental company that provides clear contracts, emails, and transparent pricing.
